Cancellation Policy

Every healthcare service platforms have their own cancellation policy and may charge customer accordingly.

  1. Cancellation of a health checkup booking can be done from the Booking History page.
  2. Once a health checkup is booked, it can be cancelled within 48 hours of the confirmed time
  3. An amount of 5% of package cost will be charged for the payment gateway and administrative cost.
  4. In case the customer fails to cancel within 48 hours (or) does not report on the of the confirmed date of the checkup, the payment made for the health checkup will not be refunded.

Rescheduling Policy

  1. Rescheduling of the health checkup booking can be done from the Booking History page
  2. Once a health checkup is booked, it can be rescheduled within 48 hours of the confirmed time. The rescheduled health checkup can be kept on waiting for the desired dates and the customer will be informed a day before it is available.
  3. In case the customer faces any difficulties in the online rescheduling process, kindly send us a mail at info@atomwellness.com (or) call us at +919446988881.
  4. Rescheduling of the health checkup is subject to availability of a health checkup slot at the facility of our healthcare service provider.
  5. If a booking is cancelled (or) rescheduled by the customer, the healthcare service provider will be notified (of the changes) and the originally generated confirmation email and confirmation voucher will be deleted.
  6. Rescheduling is permitted only once.

Refund Policy

  1. All refunds for the confirmed bookings are dependant on the cancellation policies of the respective healthcare service provider. Typically, the client is refunded the whole amount after subtracting 5% as administrative expenses and healthcare service provider cancellation fees
  2. The refund policy will not be applicable in case the customer fails to cancel within 48 hours of the confirmed booking time
  3. The stated refund amount will be processed following the sharing of the bank account details of the customer, and shall be processed within 7 business days
  4. Refunds for payments made through third-party applications like Paypal/PayTM will be initiated through the same application in Indian rupees and any additional charges will be borne by the purchaser.
  5. In case the healthcare service provider communications and inclusions mentioned on the ATOM Wellness website do not match, they must notify the claim to info@atomwellness.com within 24 hours of the confirmed date of the health checkup. In case the fault is at the healthcare service provider’s side, the customer shall be adequately compensated.
